Scott earned his BS, in Psychology from Kutztown University and MS, in Criminal Justice from West Chester University. Scott is also a Certified Sex Offender Treatment Specialist. Scott has worked with individuals who have crossed sexual boundaries for over 24 years, in various settings (residential, foster care, outpatient) and holding several different positions (direct care staff, caseworker, therapist, and management). This diversity and years of experience has reinforced the need for an eclectic team approach in supporting others to take accountability and disengage from their cycles of abuse; while promoting community safety, individualized growth and change, and the ability to be positive contributing members of society. Scott has helped expand and develop programming in an attempt to support county and state referring agencies working with court involved individuals and families who have engaged in sexual, physical, and emotional abuse, along with child endangerment and neglect.
